Swipe up, down, left, or right on the touchscreen, or use the five-way joystick to quickly navigate between screens. The ui_sd_null and ui_sd_on icons switch automatically to indicate the current SD card status. The battery indicator in the top-right corner shows the current charge level using an XX/100 value and a five-bar gauge, with each bar representing 20%. The navigation indicator in the bottom-left corner shows your current position within the four-way navigation layout.

Clock

Clock The main Clock & Calendar screen is powered by a dedicated PCF8563 real-time clock (RTC), which keeps time even when the device is powered off. The day of the week is shown in the top-left corner using the SUN–SAT abbreviations, while the date is displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format. The current time is centered below in a large 60 pt display using the HH:MM:SS format. Double-tap the screen to enter manual time and date settings. Changes take effect immediately after adjustment.

SD Card files

SD Card Files The SD card file system supports hierarchical navigation through multiple levels of directories. The header dynamically displays the current path: SD Card Files is shown at the root, while entering a subdirectory updates the title to SD / Current Path. The file list uses distinct icons to identify folders and files, with the scroll indicator appearing automatically when additional content is available. Tap a folder to open its contents, or press B to return to the previous directory. From the root directory, press B or swipe down to return to Home. When no SD card is detected or the current directory is empty, a placeholder message is displayed automatically.

Apps Menu

**Vertically Scrollable Icon Grid Launcher**
The Apps Menu uses a three-column icon grid layout with vertical scrolling. Swipe up or down on the touchscreen to browse the available apps, then tap an icon to navigate and select an app. Apps Menu The Apps Menu uses a fixed three-column icon grid with vertical scrolling. The column positions are X = 35 / 125 / 215, with the first row starting at Y = 30 and a 105 px row spacing, allowing six app icons to be visible across two rows. Each app entry consists of a 70 × 70 px circular button with a 35 px radius, with a centered name label positioned directly below it. The button uses #BEE700 as its default background and displays a glowing outer outline in #9DDE00 when pressed. All icons and labels are contained within a full-screen transparent vertical scrolling container sized 320 × 240 px, with no background or border. The underlying background and navigation icon along the left edge remain visible through the container. Swipe left on the touchscreen to return to Home.

Settings

Settings Settings brings volume, brightness, Wi-Fi, and system shortcuts together in one place. Use the two vertical sliders on the left to adjust the volume and screen brightness. Changes take effect immediately and are saved to NVS. The Wi-Fi status panel in the top-right refreshes every 2 seconds. When connected, it scrolls through “connect: SSID”. Tap the panel to open Wi-Fi setup. The 2×2 shortcut grid provides quick access to Advanced Settings, USB MSC, Bluetooth, and System Info. Swipe right to return to Home.
